Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms govern use of the fotostudio.io platform, operated by Fotosoft SA, a Belgian company headquartered in Liège (enterprise no. BE 0721.709.989).

2. Purpose

Fotostudio is a business-management platform for professional photographers: client management, contracts, galleries, invoicing, email and bookings in one secure space.

3. Access to the service

Access requires a registered account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

4. Subscription, billing and cancellation

Plans and prices are published on the website; payment is online by card or other available methods. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the due date. No partial refund is issued for periods already started.

5. Use of the platform

You agree to comply with the law and professional standards and not to distribute unlawful content, send spam, or threaten the security of the platform.

6. Liability and user content

Fotosoft is not liable for temporary interruptions, data loss caused by the user, or force-majeure events. Content you import remains your exclusive property.

7. Fotosoft's commitments

Fotosoft endeavours to provide a secure, available service and to protect your data as described in the Privacy Policy and TOMs.

8. Personal data

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the DPA.

9. Intellectual property

The platform and its elements are protected by copyright. Content you import remains yours.

10. Term and termination

Accounts may be terminated for non-payment or serious misconduct; you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Liège.
